Ideas:
Adding some more skills to the Trainer Skills, such as:
Knowledge ... (Where either knowledge can be anything but has to be approved by the DM/PM or they be like set knowledges that you can have such as "Knowledge Pokemon" for some characters who what to be a professor and it could even be a pre-requisite for class changing for later on in the game. and even stuff like knowledge geography and things like that can help out aswell.
Also Crafting like crafting a specific type of item (clothing, electronic, woodwork, metallurgy, etc.) or just crafting in general would be a great addition.
Open Lock, Appraise, Disable Device, Survival, Sense Motive are a few more that come to mind but with adding more skills we need to make sure things are balanced aswell.
Skills aside I think if someone is being annoying/distracting/disruptive or generally not paying attention should suffer some sort of penalty. I'm not a fan of session being ended early on account of things like that. I know that was a bit of a problem last year for a few sessions. I know that every D&D session people converse weather its about the game or not or joke and thats fine I'm not extreme about that but like ya know some consideration for the other players an the DM/PM. So far since we started back up this year its been fine.
I'll post more ideas as they come to mind.
